This was the best ER experience that I have ever had, and as a doctor with 3 small children I know a thing or two about ERs. My 2-yr-old daughter needed stitches for a laceration in her scalp and we were flying home to the US in 5 hrs, so time was a big factor. I arrived at the hospital and was greeted in English, which was very comforting, and registered into the system as a first time patient in a couple of minutes. Went to the ER and was immediately greeted and explained the situation. The staff got us into an examination room and the doctor saw us a few minutes later. My daughter got her 3 staples and we were out of the ER in less than 1 hr from arrival to discharge. There was a nice pastry counter where we bought some lovely desserts for the ride back to the hotel. The security guard called a cab for us that arrived in minutes and we were on our way back to the hotel. Highly recommend this place for a quick ER visit!

Our experience as international patients has been far from what the hospital professes with its lofty Catholic mission to care. My sense is this place exists to make money more than to provide compassionate care. Precious little explanation or kindness can be found by their administrative staff, only astronomical bills given for 1 minute "consultations" with a doctor and lengthy tests at a pricetag that makes one more ill.

From the blue sky, I had a heart attack, and I needed urgent surgery to bypass the heart 5 times. I visited the Bangkok Hospital in Pattaya, and I'm glad I did. Everything went well, and all the doctors and nurses were very professional, helpful and friendly. I still often visit BHP for checkups, as well as for rehabilitation sessions. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone with heart problems.

The services and medical staff at Bangkok Pattaya Hospital are first-class and much better than what I experienced in the USA. It is easy to make an appointment with any of the doctors by phone or email. Incoming messages are usually visible immediately.
I have been receiving kidney dialysis there for a year now and I cannot say enough good words about the staff of the dialysis clinic. Last year I also had a heat attack, and I had two stents installed. The staff of the heart center was a great employee.
I don't have health insurance in Thailand, so I appreciate the reasonable cost of their services.

A week ago (booked during wellness trips) I underwent a course of Relex Smile treatment at the clinic of Ms. Dr. The Ender method. A very good doctor who explains very slowly in English so that you can understand everything. The clinic was very organized. The laser operation lasted about 20 minutes, the control examination took place very quickly the next day, and taking into account the promised 85% of vision (it was very short-sighted), in the end it was even 120%, which made me very happy. I really have to say that the value for money is super. I would do it again!
